Today, 2nd November 2016, is the Stress Awareness Day! I suggest you all should have a stress free day. We all deserve one from time to time. Or find out why you are stressed, remove the causes or try out strategies to deal with it.

What you shouldn’t do is smoking, sleeping too much or little, drinking too much, taking out your stress on others etc. just to mention some unhealthy ways of coping with stress.

So, move, make time for fun and relaxation, connect family and friends regulary in person (and it’s never too late to build new friendships), live healthy, avoid unnecessary stress etc.

Try to not consume, or less, nicotine, alcohol and caffeine (last one’s way too hard for me), oh and very important is to be able to say no. Too much to do is probably the main reason why people are stressed.
